Program Release & Ticket Packages On Sale
The full film schedule is published online. Passes & Ticket Packages go on sale to the public. Redeem packages for multiple screenings, or buy individual passes.

Individual tickets for all screenings, panels, workshops, and master classes become available for purchase online.
Pre-Fest Box Office Opens
In-person customer support and ticket sales open Daily: Noon – 5:00 PM at the Old Woods Hole Fire Station (72 Water Street, Woods Hole).
Festival Week & Full Box Office Hours
Festival screenings and special events are underway! Box office hours expand to 10:00 AM – 8:30 PM daily at the Old Fire Station and screening venues.

Advance single ticket purchase for feature films and standard panels.
Discounted single ticket rate with valid ID verification.
Active members save $6 off every advance general ticket! Must be logged in to apply.
Purchased at the door starting 10 minutes prior to showtime. Vouchers and membership discounts do not apply.

Parking & Transportation
Woods Hole Village Parking
- Street Parking: Metered parking is available on street surfaces (paid via coin, card, or parking app). Limit of 3 hours is strictly enforced.
- Public Lots: Pay lots and select free parking spots are available on weeknights and weekends.
- Shuttles: Using public transit is highly encouraged. The WHOOSH Trolley runs directly between Falmouth and Woods Hole.
- Active Ticketholders: Special evening/weekend parking permits for MBL or WHOI lots will be coordinated via email confirmations.
- Bicycle Racks: Racks are available outside all village screening spaces.
Falmouth Academy Parking
- On-Site Lot: Dedicated parking is available directly on school campus grounds.
- Timing Constraint: Access is permitted during festival screening times only. Overnights are not allowed.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do you offer virtual screenings or online options?
No. The 35th Woods Hole Film Festival is in-person only. There are no virtual or streaming options available for general public audiences. All tickets must be redeemed and scanned at our physical screening rooms.
How do I purchase tickets online?
- Browse through our list of screenings on the Calendar or Browse page.
- Select the time and screening you want, pick your ticket quantity, and click "Add to Cart".
- When ready, proceed to check out. You will be prompted to sign in to your festival account (or register a new one).
- Once paid, a PDF receipt and tickets containing scannable QR codes will be emailed directly to your inbox.
How do I purchase and redeem a Ticket Package?
Ticket packages allow you to buy credits in bulk (e.g., 6 or 10-packs) at a discount. After buying a package, sign in to your account and go to the film detail pages. Click "Fulfill Package" to redeem credits for specific showtime tickets. Individual tickets will then be added to your account for entry at the door.
Can I buy tickets in person at the venue?
Yes. The pre-festival Box Office opens July 6 at the Old Woods Hole Fire Station. During the festival, tickets can be purchased at any active venue station, subject to remaining seat availability. However, to avoid sold-out events, we highly recommend booking advance tickets online.
What is the RUSH / Standby ticket policy?
If a screening sells out online, a standby (RUSH) queue will form at the venue 1 hour prior to the show. Roughly 10 minutes before the film starts, any empty seats left due to late arrivals or returns will be sold to patrons in the RUSH queue on a first-come, first-served basis. RUSH tickets are $20; membership and other discounts do not apply.
What is the refund and exchange policy?
All ticket and pass sales are final. Refunds are not issued except in the case of complete event cancellation. Exchange requests must be submitted to ticket support at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled showtime, subject to availability.
