Nilgiris: A Shared Wilderness
Set in India’s first UNESCO Biosphere Reserve, this film explores the Nilgiris—a landscape shaped by ancient natural forces and recent human impact. Through breathtaking 4K visuals, it reveals the lives of leopards, gaur, and hornbills as they navigate the blurred boundaries between wilderness and human development, highlighting the fragile balance and shared future of all who call these mountains home.
Director Sandesh Kadur is an award-winning wildlife filmmaker, photographer, and author best known for his work on the BBC series Planet Earth II and Nat Geo Wild's Earth Live.
